Establishing a Customer
Account with KAPCO|VALTEC
KAPCO|VALTEC is dedicated to providing superior customer
service. Before KAPCO|VALTEC can answer your quote request
or process your purchase order, we need to set you up
as a customer in our system.
Here’s how to establish a customer account with
KAPCO|VALTEC:
- Fill out a New
Customer Application Form
(Requires Acrobat
Reader).
- If you would like to establish credit terms with
KAPCO|VALTEC, you must provide six trade references in the
space provided on the form. Please note that shipments
to customers who have not established credit terms
will be made on a C.O.D. basis or charged to a credit
charge (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX).
Credit card charges will only be accepted in writing.
- If you anticipate having long or large product
shipments, please contact Customer Service for shipping methods.
