Licensing relationships are at the core of KAPCO|VALTEC success. Major Type Certificate Holders like BOEING, HONEYWELL, and LOCKHEED MARTIN, rely on KAPCO|VALTEC to produce many of their FAA approved components.

Working closely with our OEM engineering team’s gives KAPCO|VALTEC access to the original type-design of a vast range of aircraft components ("cognizant engineering"). This allows us not only to fabricate parts precisely to match existing designs, but also to stay ahead of the curve of innovation by knowing when engineers re-design parts, learning about those changes from the source. We are skilled at working with every link of the production chain, from quality assurance to assembly.

In addition to offering products fabricated under KAPCO|VALTEC FAA Production Approval, our inventory includes products fabricated under the FAA-OEM approval of a select group of manufacturers whom we represent for spare parts support.

Product Support Quality Agreements grant us the right to initiate the manufacturing and stocking of products fabricated under the quality system
of the FAA approved manufacturer.  These agreements constitute an approval
of the KAPCO|VALTEC quality system and acknowledge KAPCO|VALTEC as an extension of the FAA approved manufacturer when handling the designated product line.  Our customers can be confident that the products delivered to them under these agreements are:

	Inspected, approved, and controlled under the quality system of either the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) themselves, or KAPCO|VALTEC quality system in conjunction with the OEM's approved design data and quality requirements
	Manufactured under FAA-PMA regulations based on licensing with the original Type Certificate Holders
	Supported by KAPCO|VALTEC on technical and quality issues as the OEM interface

Under the agreement, KAPCO|VALTEC is authorized to procure, manufacture, and distribute BOEING-Long Beach's line of proprietary parts.  It allows KAPCO|VALTEC to sell BOEING parts directly to airlines and authorized FAA repair facilities worldwide.

The partnership has proven beneficial for all involved because it has improved supply chain efficiency by centralizing BOEING-Long Beach's spare parts requests.  It is part of an on-going effort by BOEING and KAPCO|VALTEC to create
a more efficient supply chain for this segment of the aviation industry.

Also as a part of our spare parts support operations, KAPCO|VALTEC entered into a licensing partnership with LOCKHEED-MARTIN in 1974.  KAPCO|VALTEC is operating under this license agreement for worldwide parts distribution of proprietary LOCKHEED-MARTIN parts.  This expanded product line will offer you the same high quality standards for which KAPCO|VALTEC is known.

KAPCO|VALTEC serves as a centralized supply chain for LOCKHEED-MARTIN part requests. You have the option of purchasing LOCKHEED-MARTIN products directly from KAPCO|VALTEC.

a more efficient supply chain for this segment of the aviation industry.  Our partnership with LOCKHEED-MARTIN clearly demonstrates our joint efforts to make our business more efficient and streamlined, which in turn can greatly improve your bottom line.

KAPCO|VALTEC is operating under a license agreement for worldwide parts distribution of proprietary HPG seals, gaskets, o-rings for engines, APU's and other applications, as well as non-proprietary seals and o-rings.  These include both static and dynamic seals, o-rings, packings and gaskets.  This expanded product line will offer you the same high quality standards for which KAPCO is known.
