NEW BOEING/DOUGLAS PARTS FROM KAPCO
KAPCO has been designated FAA Production Approval Holder for 7,063
part numbers covered by its new Boeing Spare Parts License Agreement. This agreement allows KAPCO
to offer these licensed Parts Manufacturing Authority (PMA) items directly to our customers under
our FAA-PMA. These parts include Boeing 7-Series and Douglas airframe seals, gaskets, bushings,
retainers and other components.

KAPCO and VALTEC ANNOUNCE MERGER: NEW COMPANY WILL SUPPLY OVER 65,000 EXPENDABLE PARTS TO THE AEROSPACE INDUSTRY
Kirkhill Aircraft Parts
Company and Valtec International Inc. have jointly announced
the merger of their two companies. The merger will bring together two highly
complementary suppliers to the aerospace industry to provide the broadest
and deepest range of standard and OEM-licensed proprietary expendable parts
in the marketplace.
